MEMBERSHIP

Our goal here at the ASHRAE Central Arizona chapter is get everyone in the Valley who is even remotely involved in HVAC to become a member. A big pool of professionals from a diverse background only means a larger knowledge base for everyone to tap to.  ASHRAE offers several membership grades to encourage anybody with interests in our industry to become part of our organization.

With the ever challenging global need to better living standards and promote better use of energy resources while having minimal impact to our environment, ASHRAE is committed to making its members well versed with all the changes that affect our industry and aims at having the material easily accessible to its members.  Access to the society’s broad material base is one of the prime reasons for becoming a member. Material is presented to members through publications and a member-only resource website.  Discounted ASHRAE courses and seminars from the ASHRAE Learning Institute are another sure way to gain valuable knowledge in advancing ones understanding of the industry and level to qualification. ASHRAE standards and technical publications are generated by the members therefore an ASHRAE membership is a ticket those who individuals who would like contribute their thoughts and ideas to existing and new publications.

If you have any question on joining ASHRAE or upgrading your membership from a lower grade to a higher grade, please contact the Chapter's Membership Chair Jack Mumbo at diepen@gmail.com .
